The wool hearts are hand punched, machine sewn, and then finished up by hand. The cotton tree and star are machine sewn, and also finished up by hand. The sewing stitches you will need to know are a basting (running) stitch, and an over cast stitch. The embroidery stitch you will need to know is a french knot, which is on all the heart designs.
